Home Coming!

Coming home was both exciting and nerve wracking. We had been at the hospital for 9 months and had never brought our baby home. We were not sure if we were going to be able to care for him as well as they did at the hospital. On our drive home we reminisced about our journey and felt fear but also an abundance of excitement as we drove into our home and saw the green grass, the orchards, and the majestic trees that surround us! Mateo had a huge smile as he entered our home and loved his first stroller ride down the parkway. You could see in his eyes the wonder and joy that he was experiencing after being crib bound for 9 months at the hospital.
